If you or someone you love has been affected by cancer, our free cancer Support Line is there for you. It’s available in both English and Welsh and is for anyone affected by cancer. Our experienced nurses can offer advice on diagnosis, treatment, side-effects, and anything else that’s on your mind. Our team are here 365 days a year to answer all types of questions about all types of cancer, or simply things you might not feel comfortable sharing with your family or loved ones.
Whether you’re undergoing treatment, recovering from surgery or you’ve lost someone you love, all you’ve got to do is call.

Our cancer Callback service
If you’ve just been diagnosed with cancer, our free cancer Callback service can support you as go through your treatment. You’ll get a series of regular calls from one of our dedicated nurses who can answer questions and offer support about absolutely anything to do with your diagnosis or treatment.

Write things down
If you’d prefer to write things down, why not use our ‘Ask the Nurse’ service. This way you can write down your questions or concerns, and our nurses can come back to you by email or arrange a call at a time to suit.
