  • Welfare Benefits Advisor / Cynghorydd Budd-Daliadau Lles

    Location: Hybrid

    Contract: Full time (35 hours a week) Fixed Term for 2 years

    Salary: £28,000

    We’re recruiting an experienced Welfare Benefits Advisor to advise and assess needs when it comes to making sure people affected by cancer in the Cardiff & Vale Health Board receive their entitlements in relation to their cancer diagnosis.

    Funded by Macmillan Cancer Support, we’re proud to deliver this role in partnership with the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board so we can build on our current provision of cancer support and information, delivering a service that improves the quality of life for those affected by cancer.

  • Internal Vacancy: **We’re only able to accept applications from internal candidates**

    Community Engagement Manager / Rheolwr Ymgysylltu â'r Gymuned

    Location: Home Based

    12 month funded contract: 35 hours per week with flexible working options

    Salary: £32,000

    The Role:

    Managing our Community Engagement team who are spread across Wales you’ll have strong people management experience and leadership skills to bring to this role. You’ll be training and supporting them in their work and developing the shape of our community engagement programme.

    With practical experience in this job field, you’ll be a particular match when it comes to making a difference through community engagement and stakeholder development. You’ll be able to network across the Third and private sectors, manage budgets and understand the barriers faced by those experiencing cancer and make the moves to remove them.

    This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping our community engagement programme.
