Rob Brydon is a Welsh actor, comedian, impressionist, presenter, singer and writer. From Baglan, South Wales, he gained fame for his role in the black comedy series Human Remains, the mockumentary series Marion and Geoff and the sitcom Gavin and Stacey for which he received a BAFTA Award nomination for Best Comedy Performance. He has presented several programmes on BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 5. Since 2009, he has presented the BBC One comedy panel show Would I Lie to You? And in 2013 he was appointed an MBE for his services to comedy and broadcasting.  

Our story

For over 15 years, Rob Brydon has been a dedicated patron of Tenovus Cancer Care. He has led our annual dinners numerous times and during the Coronavirus pandemic hosted 'A Night In With Rob Brydon', presented by singer and broadcaster Wynne Evans. The event raised an incredible £28,000 for us. He also supports us through various videos and auctions.
