Together we are calling on the Minister for Climate Change, Julie James MS, to help terminally ill people stay warm by making sure that anyone with 12 months or less to live is able to access the new Warm Homes Programme, in the same way that people with other health conditions can.
Gyda'n gilydd, rydym ni’n galw ar y Gweinidog Newid Hinsawdd, Julie James AS, i helpu pobl â salwch terfynol i gadw'n gynnes trwy sicrhau bod unrhyw un sydd â 12 mis neu lai i fyw yn gallu manteisio ar y Rhaglen Cartrefi Cynnes newydd, yn yr un modd ag y gall pobl â chyflyrau iechyd eraill.
