Calling all daredevils. Join us in St Asaph, North Wales this October as we scale new heights for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Conquer your fears and feel the thrill of abseiling down the iconic St Asaph Cathedral with us on Saturday 5 October. Stand on the same ground as Welsh princes and enjoy breath taking views of the city as you descend the historic 28-metre tower.
Registration is £20 with a pledge to raise as much sponsorship as possible, to support everyone affected by breast cancer.
By raising £100, you could allow our Benefits Advice Team to support five people who have been diagnosed with cancer and are unable to work to access the financial support they are entitled to.
All you have to do is trust yourself
Your survival instincts will tell you to stay put; to stay where it is safe. But, with training and support from our experts and an enthusiastic crowd of supporters behind you, the fear within you will soon turn to adrenaline, and you will own the mission with confidence.
While fear is at the centre of this experience, it’s perfectly safe, and the event is open for everyone over 12 years.
Why we need your support
It’s likely we’ll all know someone affected by breast cancer in our lifetime.
Seeing someone you love going through breast cancer is devastating. That’s why Tenovus Cancer Care has their back and yours, every step of the way.
Every October we go on a PINK mission. By joining us at our PINK Dragon Drop Abseil, you’ll be joining our mission to give help, hope and a voice to everyone affected by breast cancer.
You’ll also receive the best care and support from our friendly Fundraising Team; along with additional goodies to help with your fundraising, including a PINK Breast Cancer Awareness Month t-shirt.
If you’d like more information about the event or your fundraising, please be sure to contact our helpful fundraising team on 02920 768863 or email fundraising@tenovuscancercare.org.uk
