Join #TeamTenovus as we take a Jolly Jog around the beautiful National Botanic Garden of Wales, Carmarthenshire on Sunday 1 December.

Immerse yourself in the Christmas spirit and get dressed up for the occasion. Whether you fancy yourself as a dashing reindeer, a speedy Santa or an energetic elf, let your creativity run wild.
To help finish off your outfit, you’ll receive one of our Santa hats on the day, and after crossing the finish line, you’ll be awarded with one of our festive medals.

Registration for all distances open at 10.30am on event day
2.5k registration closes at 11.30am with the race starting at 12pm
5k and 10k registration closes at 12.15pm with the race starting at 1pm

There’s no minimum fundraising amount for this challenge, but when you sign up a fundraising page will automatically be generated for you. If you decide to go the extra mile this winter and use your page to raise money and support people affected by cancer, we would be incredibly grateful.
