Neurodiversity is an umbrella term for the variety of different ways in which the brain works and a person communicates, understands and interacts with the world. It commonly includes things like autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia.

We understand that these can affect a person in many ways and our counselling service is always striving to meet the needs of our clients; whatever those might be.

But we’re not experts in how your neurodiversity affects you; you are!

So we really want to hear from you about how healthcare professionals and other services have supported you and what could be done better or differently.

We have some short questions for you to answer, telling us about your experiences and we’ll use what we learn from the responses to improve how our service is delivered.
