Velindre Cancer Centre are excited to launch their new Velindre Voices - a means for existing and past patients, carers, and members of the wider community to keep in touch with them, influence their work, and get involved in whatever way suits you.
Working in partnership with our community is crucial to develop services in a way that reflect your needs.

Velindre Cancer Service delivers non-surgical specialist cancer services to the patient population of south-east Wales – some at hospitals across the region and also at Velindre Cancer Centre.
They deliver chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and a wide range of services to support your wellbeing and welfare as you undergo treatment for cancer.
Healthcare services are changing all the time and the Velindre Cancer Service is not immune to this. Velindre are here to improve lives and to deliver excellent care, inspirational learning and support healthier people. They aim to do this in many ways including delivering improvements and changes to services, building on strong foundations. Their future will be strengthened by the wide and diverse range of voices involved with the work of Velindre.

Whatever your motivation, by signing up to Velindre Voices, the cancer centre will be able to keep in touch and start new conversations based on your areas of interest. A range of opportunities will be available which include online surveys and focus groups (face to face), and topics will be varied to include service design, the new Velindre Cancer Centre, and more.
