Public Health Wales is looking at how a new lung cancer screening programme can be introduced in Wales. Lung cancer is a leading cause of cancer death in Wales. Finding lung cancer at an early stage is very important.

They want to hear from you if you are:

  • Living in Wales
  • Aged 50 – 75 years
  • A current or previous tobacco smoker

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.  You do not have to answer any questions you do not wish to.

Your answers will be stored anonymously.  This means you will not be asked your name, and you will not be identified.

The Privacy Notice  will tell you how your data will be processed.

It may not be possible to make all the changes suggested and Public Health Wales will not be able to reply to individual comments.

Thank you for your time in completing this survey. Your feedback will help to shape this new service.
