The Wales Cancer Alliance needs your help to develop the new Cancer Plan for Wales.

The Wales Cancer Alliance need people affected by cancer and those with experience of cancer services in Wales to help develop the new NHS Cancer Services Action Plan.

The Action Plan is being developed by the Wales Cancer Network and Welsh Government and will be the plan that directs and drives cancer services in Wales until 2026. The Action Plan will look at ways to improve early diagnosis of cancer, reduce cancer waiting times and reduce variation in services across Wales – it should have the potential to improve future cancer outcomes.

This is your chance to help ensure the Plan is informed by the experiences and views of people affected by cancer in Wales.

There are two ways to get involved:

  1. Complete this short survey. We ask a series of questions to get your views on what should be included in the Plan. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
  2. Attend one of our Stakeholder Engagement events being held across Wales this month to meet others affected by cancer and to share your views in an interactive meeting. If you wish to attend click on this link and complete the RSVP form.

The Wales Cancer Alliance will be hosting three events, to help reach people across Wales. Please note, these events will have the same agenda and focus, so please only attend one event.
