Claim your free Will

March is Free Wills Month, an opportunity to make a note of those
important decisions, to be carried out after you're gone

To write or update your Will for free, you need to be over the age of 50 or in the case of a mirror Will, one of you needs to be 50 or over.

Appointments at one of our participating solicitors are on a first come first served basis. The appointment doesn't need to take place in march, but you must book it during the month.

If there isn't a participating solicitor near you or they've sold out, we have have more options for you. With our Will writing partners we offer a quick and easy way to get your affairs in order and plan for the future.

The National Free Will Network 

Please complete the short form to register for a free Wills pack from the National Free Will Network. They will send you a list of solicitors that are near you where you can book your free appointment.

Farewill 

If you’re under the age of 50 or want to write your Will either online or over the phone, you can do so with our Will writing partner Farewill. 

You will be guided through an online form, helping you to set out the terms of your Will.

How Gifts in Wills makes a difference 

There is no obligation to leave a gift to Tenovus Cancer Care when you use our free Will service, but we'd be incredibly grateful if you did. Gifts in Wills fund around 53% of our charitable work, safeguarding our vital cancer support services

• A cash pledge of £5,500 could help cover the cost of Benefits Advice Service for a week
• 1% pledge of a £110,000 estate could help cover the cost of around four treatments onboard one of our Mobile Support Units
• 10% pledge of a £126,000 estate could help cover the cost of our Support Line for a Month  
• 10% pledge for a £370,000 estate could help cover the cost of our Counselling service for a month
