Why am I needed?
Our teams are always busy with new and exciting projects and they are looking for some extra help.
Do you love organising, admin and lending a hand? We need you!
This role would mainly require you to assist the data department with keeping on top of parts of data management
What will I be doing?
Your main tasks will involve, but may not be limited to:
- Reviewing data from our databases and spreadsheets making sure it is accurate and up to date as part of the data check on our systems
- Working methodically through data set up and using excel to cleanse data in cells if possible
- Making phone calls to check data is accurate
- E mailing clients where appropriate
- Removing fields that are no longer relevant and working with data team to reimport
In addition, you could lend a hand to the office administration team:
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks
- Working on different projects
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail, undertaking photocopying, scanning, uploading and filing as required; and
- General admin office tasks
What skills and qualities do I need?
- A friendly and enthusiastic approach and the ability to get on well with others
- Excellent communication skills
- Methodical with good attention to detail
- Pro-active with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach to tasks
- Ability to work as part of as team
- Good IT and phone skills
- An organised approach to working and managing a project
What support will I be given?
- All departments will be on hand to support you in your role
- Receive an induction, training and development for your role
- You’ll also have the opportunity to use our eLearning training system, with access to online courses

Where will I be based?
For this role you will be at our Head Office, located in Jones Court, Womanby Street, Cardiff, CF10 1BR.
What about the hours?
We would ideally love our volunteer to help us out one day a week, preferably the same day each week but we are flexible and can discuss on interview.
