We're delighted to start work to connect communities with vital cancer support services, thanks to a remarkable award from The Shaw Foundation.
Shaw Foundation is a charity which partners with care businesses, public organisations, and other charities to improve care for all.
The award funds a Community Engagement Officer role in the Swansea Bay University Health Board area. This post will help to make sure people affected by cancer have access to the best support after a diagnosis by promoting Tenovus Cancer Care, developing community links, improving access to services, and creating partnerships with local agencies.
